Intradebook – International Trade Business

Business challenge 
The company Intradebook developed the software called “Intrade” to promote the inclusion of micro and small enterprises in the international trade. To increase the platform’s value proposition among its customers it is needed to make series of intelligent data structuring to allow the development of new features such as e-Service, e-Trade, and People-and-Cargo, e-Business and e-Community in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Data visualisation of social network data sets gathered from March 2013 to August 2014. It required totally different visualisations (Heuristic Knowledge Maps) from traditional business intelligence ones  ones.

Spinver e-commerce

Business challenge

Contextualize and automatically classify the posts of users on Facebook promoting business between themselves. Since the social network monitoring tools generated only volumetric analysis of key words with many ambiguities, we needed to detect the intention of each user to buy or sell their  electronic products in a more sophisticated way.

Testimony

 Aquarela guided us during the structuring process and developed the artificial intelligence text mining engine to analyze Spinver’s data sets (automatically) classifying purchase/sales intentions of electronic products advertised by common people on Facebook. Today we process more than 500 thousand posts per month; with estimates of tripling the analysis by the first half of 2015.
